At Olvia Rose, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn garments in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Olvia Rose designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
